Health potions stopped working

Wondering if anyone else has this issue. Yesterday my health pots stopped working on my Witch. I have health missing, I have health pot charges, but when I attempt to drink a pot the charges stay the same, my health stays the same, but it makes the sound of a pot being used. I made a new character, and the pots worked for them. Switched back, still don't work on my Witch. I don't see any skills or passives or equipment that could be causing the issue but I also am not seeing others posting about this. I don't know what to do as I can't really keep playing my 77 witch anymore without being able to use health potions. Any help on this would be great!

I tried entering areas in the campaign and not the end game maps to test this and potions don't work anywhere else either

Are you an infernalist? If so could you tell what nodes are selected in your ascension?

I am an infernalist, but none of the nodes suggest i wouldn't be able to use my health potions :/

Aka, you lose that life and cannot heal it in any way.
