You have to get a unique relic (The Last Flame Incense Relic), which is dropped by the 4th floor boss in Sekhema or buy it on trade site, then use that relic when starting a new Sekhema run and when you kill the 4th floor boss, it will drop you the Temporalis as a guaranteed drop.

Fun fact is, the unique relic will make your max honor 1, so the entire run is a no hit run
