Act 3 boss and chaos almost impossible

I hit 45 and lvling has abruptly stopped... I feel like the poison hag is unkillable and my build is broken since I can't spam frozen bobbles without the extra 2 skills. The crazy part is chaos for the 2 asc points I need is broken... I can't dodge the 50 million Lazer beams because I apparently still have a hit box while rolling or using escape shot. If I roll into a beam it's instant death or if I get snagged on a mob it's instant death... Please roll back the Dodge and also 0 check point refills on flasks is crazy in chaos. I've tried other builds and it's just not even close I get to 3 stage and get smashed immediately...

1. Why do you pick Laser Beam in Chaos Trials if you can't dodge them?
2. If you have broken build then change this build. I have no idea what do you call as "frozen bobbles".
3. Why do you instantly die after hitting once by laser beam? That mean you don't have enough resistances or energy shield which mean your build doesn't work with your gameplay. If you took all nodes to increase damage then be sure you skilled enought to dodge everything to not die.
4. Who the hell is "poison hag"?
5. What do you mean by "tried other builds"? If you still didn't reach endgame you don't even need to try any builds at all. Just take all nodes which you currently needed to progress. If you die instantly then take defensive nodes. If you aren't skilled enough to complete Chaos trials right now then just level up more and after you get higher skill gems you will be able to beat trials easily.

I had a similar issue with his Deathstar lasers. But beeing in front of him helped me, because he doesn't use his Deathstar lasers than.

Every time I'd enter chaos trials it was the same picks. Heart dropper thing, turrets, lasers, electric pyramid, etc.

Not once by laser beams there are like 10 intersecting, the entire map was covered in lasers spinny things.

Ok, I am not sure exactly now what is laser beam, but if it is lightning strikes afrom the sky which start when you standing on runes on the ground then you made a good choise since it is easier to dodge that thing then dealing with other debuffs. Avoid taking turrets which shoot lasers all over map, because it is hard to dodge all of them when you fight.
Unfortunately I didn't play on ranger and can't help with telling how to increase it survivability. If by "poison hag" you mean "Queen of Filth" then it should be easy tactic by just always moving around and don't standing in front of her sight. Also, I recommend you to wear boots on 20-30% additional movement speed, because this will help you a lot in avoiding enemy attacks.
