Unset Rings are bugged

Its would seem that slotting a skill into an unset ring, then taking that ring off permanently disables that skill.

I had glacial cascade in my unset ring, decided to wear a different one so I took it off. The slot that the ring added is still there with glacial cascade in it, but its grayed out on my skill bar. So I unslot it and reslot to a different socket, still greyed out. Put it back on, glacial cascade is now usable. Took ring off, grabbed a fresh uncut skill gem, cut it for glacial cascade, slot it into a skill socket, still cant use it.

Then I can only use glacial cascade if that unset ring is in the left ring slot. Yes, specifically the left ring slot. Put it in the right and its still greyed out.

Anyone else having similar issues or have a solution?
