Report a translation problem
This is the only thing I noticed in the patch notes. Sounds like a huge buff to me.
"Fixed a bug where Shockwave Totem did not work when used with the Support Gem "Astral Projection"."
They MAYBE start to pulse when an enemy stands nearby. But then the totem is dead immediately.
It is useless right now.
I hope this is a bug and not a bugfix.
It start pulse only if enemies near.
But often totem don't attack up to 5-7 seconds even in centre of horde of enemies.
It's bug, fix it please!
It's either a glitch or they just didn't like totem players hitting the whole screen.
