A bugged "Lost Tower" ?

Ive only reached Maps/Endgame recently on a character. Ive cleared a mere 4 "Lost Towers" & put those "Precursor Tablets" in them.
The problem im experiencing now is that the last one i cleared still says "Map in Progress" on my map, but it won't let me access it at all!
Im 100% certain i placed a Tablet in it but that radial graphical thing isnt showing neither & in fact the base of this tower hasnt even turned green.

Anyone any idea on what is goin on? Or is this a bug?

I have the same as you describe but also there is an adjacent tower that does bring up the interface to place the precursor tablet but when i try to click influence... it reports an error: Activation Failed invalid map specified

It's broken my whole atlas now because i can't use any towers any more.... it must be a bug
