Store brand Yahtzee ripoff trying to be edgy... this is part of why Youtube needs to die. (React slop, and culture war nonsense being the rest of why)

Dont you get the memo??? They change their excuse few times already, "this game is too hard" to "its not hard, just tedious", then "its easy, just boring".

And imagine these grown babies who think themselves are the game target audience and giving "good feedback" and force dev listen to them.

By Azura, by Azura, by Azura! It is YOU!!! The Great Champion!!!!
I'm not sure what do people even call hard in this game? The only thing that's somehow hard is finding good equipment of your level and that's about it. You can slap bosses even when your equipment is like 40 levels behind your level.

This game is hard, due to the lack of actually crafting gear and have to rely on luck or forced to trade. I want to just solo and find my own gear, but is currently struggling to get over the hump. SO yes, this game is hard until I find good gear.

POE1 players can't see it's one glaring flaw. The gameplay, in which you find a perfect build with millions of dps and run through maps watching things explode is boring, repetetive and unchallenging to people who actually want good gameplay. However, they are the worst kinds of gamers, more akin to geriatrics playing slot machines at a cheap Reno casino than any kind of skilled player. They only play games to watch pretty loot pinatas explode, and although the developers told every over and over in every interview, trailer, and at Exile Con that this game would be slower paced and very difficult, and that if you wanted the older style of gameplay you can always play POE1, which they will continue to support. These ingrates feel so entitled to acquire any ultra rare chase item in the game with the amount of effort that goes into pushing a button on a slot machine, they won't be satisfied until they force every flawed decision from POE1 into POE2. This whole saga where the community for POE1 tried to destroy GGG reputation because they didn't get a lot of loot in the first month has really shown me how braindead POE1 players are.

Let's differenciate POE1 players. There are 2 types of players. Those that find the builds and those that copy paste.

The copy pasters are the problem. The main gameplay of POE 1 is to actually find a build, playing the game isn't that difficult, it's a basic H&S, 75% of the game is thinking and crafting the build. The problem is that the majority of people don't like that part of the game, so they copy stuff and think they're good at the game.
They are not, they're good at 25% of the game, the action part.

POE 2 is different, your build matters, but the actual action part now requires more skill fro mthe player. So those that thought they were good in poe 1 because their only skill was to identify a potential good build posted by someone else on a forum get knocked down by poe2, not becasue it's too hard, but because they are not learning how to play the game.

This has been a growing problem lately in several games. people are trying to play a game like it's another game and complain that there is an issue.

There is no issue, if you're trying to play poker like it's bridge you're going to have a hard time winning.

It's like people are forgetting that a game is most and foremost a set of rules. A game is not a toy, it's made to challenge you.

the main issue people have/had was that it just was not fun , simple as that , video games are meant to be fun.

I honestly think if you follow a fotm online build guide in trade league you still outscale all of the content so hard it cant even be called "playing the game".

In addition the entire campaign got tuned down so hard its basically impossible to die no matter what you do.

I legit bring characters to endgame with a level 1 focus with no stats and just +1spell and boots/gloves that are like 40 levels under but have good ms/life, mostly because im too lazy to look for upgrades and the stuff im already using is more than sufficient.

Eugh
