My character literally got stuck and now I can't play the game.

So basically I killed Olroth and then tried to leave, but I couldn't because it said portals can't be opened during bossfights.
I tried to relog back in.
I tried to tp to another player.
The button to restart from checkpoint is missing.
I tried closing the game, waiting 15 min, changing servers and then logging back in.
None of that worked, I'm still stuck with no way to die because there's nothing there to kill me, and I realized this game essentially has no customer support.
If this is THE VISION, well I guess I just went blind.
