I tried to do my last ascendancy points. I chose chaos trial. The coin I used said that this trial would give me ascension points and it was level 80. After doing all the bosses I had access to the ascension shrine but I couldn't allocate any points. What am I doing wrong?

Did you fight Trial Master as well?

That Ascendancy Shrine is only for respeccing I believe once you have done your third qualification trial (75+ for your 6 points total, but not sure since I have never done it maybe you return back? Should be a video on it somewhere lol).

Chaos trial is a bit tricky and is not really straightforward unlike Sekhema.

Anyways you have to collect the three different unique Fate tablets from the Three normal random Trial bosses. Once you have all three, you use them at the end (?) of the trial to open the door to the Trialmaster's Tower. Then you have to fight the Trial Master to get the last Ascendancy points.

Should help. Based on the video the biggest problem is that you can't do it all in one run cause the tablets only drop for bosses that are the 10th. So you probably need to farm them or buy them first before doing proper level Trial run to combat Trialmaster.
