Completed t3 Corrupted Nexus but quest not completed.
It says complete a tier3 corrupted nexus, found one with bright red icon, open with a tier5 rare waystone, in it was a titan boss. When i killed the boss, doriyani does not appear as it usually does. when i go back to my hideout, the quest still ask me to complete a tier3 corrupted nexus. Am i missing something?

Did you die on the boss? If so, that is why. When you die on a boss, the map "resets" and removes all mechanics, which includes the nexus.
This does not seem intentional and an oversight (removing the nexus boss part), but at the moment that is just how it is.
