GOT ACCOUNT LOCKED for no reason

Is there anything going on?, I cant log in cause it says my account got locked, haven't done anything, and even barely played as this league is frustrating underwhealming, but woke up and said, what the hell, a couple maps or even a sekhemas run, and says my acc is locked?

contacted support but they have responded asked for my info, and been over 3 hours and no follow up?

What the hell, I just play one char per league, I don't care about the ultra grind, and was barely playing the past couple days, but wanted to play something for the weekend and this is what i run into?

I bought the game on steam, havent bought anything new since the update, when I upgraded my pack, through steam, so no, no third party, I've been barely playing recently, did two maps last night, then went to bed and woke up to my account locked

No, i bought early access on DEC from steam directly, have not bought anything since upgrading through steam to the next pack.

you should email them every hour on the hour until you get a response. I hear that works. ESPECIALLY for all those that get their account locked for "nothing"

While you're at it, you should look back at that third party site you got your key from and see if they're selling more, because obviously thats reliable.

I bought the game on december 5th I belive, directly from STEAM, have my purchase emails for all my transactions, so instead of assuming that I bought through a third party website, offer some actual advice.

Been emailing them for the past 5 hours and not gotten more than the basic response of give us your info.

I don´t expect them to have many people on the weekend, but why lock my account?, have not made any new purchases or tried to refund anything from the game.

Did you refund the lower pack when you upgraded?

no... I bought it to get more tabs, no reason to refund, and also see if any cosmetic got on sale.

I know that if you refund something like that it can lock your account from first hand experience with blizzard.

And always operate on the assumption that any purchases on any free to play games are non refundable.

And like I said, it's been around 2 weeks since I made my last upgrade, why would they lock me now?

Not sure why you're asking me/steam. We cant answer why you were locked out.

Check your spam folders for any emails from them. GENERALLY they dont lock down an account without sending something.

Could be a mistake, could be they saw some weird activity on the account, especially if you use a VPN, could be you said some no no words in chat too many times.. could be this whole story isnt the whole truth.

I was wondering if there was a know issue, or someone else had this happen, I have all chats disabled as I mainly play with my friends over discord voice.

Rarely talk to anyone unless its for a trade and its just, buy, ty byebye, etc.

Most people on trial claim they're innocent too.

There's always a reason and people that make threads like this tend to be the type of people that leave out the incriminating parts.

You can say that all you want, I have one char only, and plan to play only one on the game, last action I did was sell something for 80 ex, never sold anything higher than 3 div on this league.

Went to bed, woke up, account blocked, sure I get your reasoning, but, I dont bot, I dont interact with people other than my friends on discord besides for trading, which, the trade site helps you with 90% of the interaction, and second, this season has been not that exciting to even try to grind it, my only goal was to get to level 90 before I quit for the season, but apparantly wont be able to play for a while until they resolve whatever caused this.

Not everyone is a hardcore, tryhard min max, player, some people are just trying to have fun by themselves.

thank you for being the only person not assuming i cheated or something, I was dissapointed with the league, but have been trying to get atleast an hour of game every now and then for the past week to try to level up atleast to 90.

Honestly, I was not even looking to do any pinnacle bosses as it is a little bit frustrating at the moment with how underpower you can feel, and don't look forward to learning all of their skill sets.

The most frustrating part, is having no reason given on to why my account is locked.

Does not show temporary, does not say suspended or banned, and also, I don't think I've ever been banned in a game since like probably 2003, the closest was an issue with a transaction on a launch of hearthstone with blizzard but that was a miscommunication error with their support team.

Thats a WHOLE lot of diversion from the topic... what does min maxing, the fact you only have 1 char, the level you want to hit, and the fact the season isnt exciting for you have to do with you getting account locked or even why it shouldnt be?

It's not diversion, I didn't do anything, me knowing how a game works and terminology does not make me guilty, I played 1 or 2 hours in the past 3 days, wanted to give it another shot on the weekend.

Dont engage in chat, so tell me, what did i do?, i have all my receipts of purchases which, were done directly on steam and ggg, so still, whats the assumption?, that i tried to cheat?, and not disclosing it?, for what ?, I play for fun mostly, which wasnt there much to begin with this league, but the update made me a little bit hopeful.
