Lol poe2 is not harder than poe1
It’s just harder to motivate you to keep going, keep playing this boring ass slop
Not sure I'd call it early access when they're dropping expansion-esque content after 4-8 months of early access.
I've been leery about getting into this since Chris Wilson's sudden departure 1-2 months ago.
His departure wasn't sudden.
Most likely a slow process of flirting with the Tencent overlords to be granted the reigns
Game it's garbage since 0.2, this is why most negative.
Now 0.2 they nerfed everything around endgame, but as after effect people were also hit with nerfs in the campaign which was perfect.
Then the builds, huntress which most played was lacking in damage unless you played lighting spear, tornado (which was bugged to do more damage) or rake.
Minions is death (damage was cut by like 60%, but how enemy armor works its like damage was cut by 90%), there was 1 spectre that was worth the too pricey spirit cost and that one got nerfed instant.
But on the good note, warrior is now stronger then the rest, because warrior was so weak in 0.1 it got the least amount of nerfs, like his damage was nerfed by 10% while the rest was nerfed by 50 to 90%.
When you play a game that is nearly like Diablo from a gameplay-perspective (no matter if you take D4, LE, GD or even PoE 1) the most important thing to keep the game alive is the loot spiral.
I don't really understand how devs can decide to make a game where even rare mobs just drop white and blue loot.
Failed by design!
Novelty blinded everybody
MORE then deserved.
Jonathans vision is a fail and his ego prevents a great base game to succeed and turns it into a utterly frustrating mess in almost all ends.
that dude needs to step back asap - a guy that doesnt play his own game obviously, talks a lot of garbage and ignores his customers is a nail in a coffin of any game developer that cares.
