For those People only think about the most meta OP built, there are no such thing as Varieties of build for them.

Build diversity is not measured in how many build there is nor how many op builds there is

Build diversity is measured through build viability

Right now very few skill offer the tools to make viable build with the content the game has

If you're new or just starting fresh, the top builds are the ones that don't show up in the top 5.

Reason, you will be fighting half the server for the same exact items. Paying a fortune for mediocre items because they are highly contested.
Off meta build with all the best items can probably clear all the content better than a meta build with trash tier items for the same price.

Farm up a mountain of divs struggle free with the off meta build, then you can reroll something meta later.

No. Top 5 most used builds would mean top 5 most used builds.
Top 5 builds implies top 5 best builds (as in strongest).

I think i want to play a HC playthrough it seems more fun especially since 0.2 softcore is now dead.

I don't know what to play though, in softcore i played spear and crossbow. So I want different weapon build this time.

Im suggesting you are stupid amigo, but i didnt want to be blunt about it.
Depends. If you wipe screens before you can even see whats happening - thats op.
If you can comfortably fight enemies without completely skipping their mechanics - thats viable.

Top 5, includes the best (op or otherwise) as every ranking titled "top 5" would.
