Spectre for Dark Effigy

Can somebody suggest a good good spectre for the activation of Dark Effigy?
Ideally you need spectre with main attack that apply chaos damage over time. Poison is also count as chaos damage over time but direct chaos damage over time is better.
Currebtly best option I have found is Venomous Crab Matriarch.

Whatever the gem that makes enemies take chaos damage works with despair , that’s what I do, but chaotic zealot is the one for cheap or one of the crone from apex of filth

I used cursed ground and the gem that does chaos based on intelligence I think and it activates right away

Crones do not activate Effigy.
Both version of Chaos Zelots also do not activate Effigy
I have used cursed ground + contagion + essence drain or simply essence drain with chain, fork, scattershot
