How do you use the free Passive Skill Tree reset?

Not me. It just tells me i have one, then says it'll be lost if I allot any points or doing anything before using it.

For me it was hidden behind another UI element. The button was just underneath the box in the upper right hand corner. I couldn’t see it until I clicked on a node to allocate something.

there was a big button box on the right under where it says how many available skill points you have on the upper right.

Found it! It was being hidden by the "Item Requirements" stat popup, thanks!
