How to gain Frenzy Charges?

What's the easiest way to gain these charges?
What are our options to gain them?

parry+disengage is what i use. gotta actually git gud and learn to read enemy attacks though so you know parry timing for different enemies.

I don't use parry, even tho I run a huntress. To me, parrying is hardly a useful skill.

Well then you don't gain frenzy charges

Profane Ritual skill with the Resonance passive from the skill tree.

EDIT: Got it mixed up, Resonance is actually the other way around. Gain power charges instead of frenzy charges and with a power charge you get an endurance charge.

Profane Ritual gives me Power Charge and Resonance would change it into a Endurance Charge, not Frenzy Charge as far as I can tell.

Well, I found a unique spear that makes all attack damage build pin which you can then covert into charges via the tier 2 spirit skill.

Or just don't bother and use a build that doesn't need to spam empowered throws to do damage. Which is every build that's actually decent so far.

I don't rely on empowered throws, but it would be a nice power spike if I could implement it into my build somehow. Therefore I created this thread.

Sad, I will keep looking for an alternative way to generate these.

Sniper's mark and combat frenzy.

Electrocute on storm lance, combat frenzy. Snipers mark on bosses. Lightning spear, volt with frenzy charge to clear trash mobs.

The developer that thought "parry" would be fun in this kind of game, should probably not be making decisions.

So with the Break Endurance support gem, we can gain 1 endurance charge when we Fully break enemies armour. With the Resonance passive skill, we can convert this endurance charge to Frenzy charge.

But this is far away from me.
