Not meant to be negative post, just wondering if there are any good ones. So far I´ve tamed only trashy over priced(spirit) ones.

Honestly, posting anything at this moment is just going to attract toxic people (like the one above me). I would suggest posting on the Path of Exile website forum under the build section.

I haven't got to the point yet, but in POE 1 what I would do is look for Monsters that either had: Life/Mana Regeneration Aura, or Attack/Cast/Movement Speed Aura, or Damage Aura. I believe the hotfix today changed Life Regeneration on monsters above Level 65

I haven't seen any yet, but I haven't seen people experimenting much either. I think the only way to unequip one is to vendor it?
