Should i switch to poe1

i enjoyed poe2 before the dawn of the hunt, i felt so powerful when the game came out as my monk killed every boss in the matter of seconds. now going into the game knowing no matter what i pick(because originally i picked huntress. which sucks) i dont want to play the game anymore. and i see streamers playing poe1

I would. Go enjoy far more finished experience while they sort through the rubble and attempt to get this near a finished state. Worst case, you enjoy PoE1, best case you enjoy PoE 1 for a year or two, then hop over to a much better experience with 2 in the future.

Poe2 is in a cooked state right now, give them a good 2-3 years

POE 1 is fun on it's own. It's a different game with similar concepts. It's a great way to compare the two.

If you've not played it before it'll definitely hold you over for a long time. Unfortunately it's not being supported at a pace anywhere near what it needs to remain engaging for long term players.
