Refund might work

I asked ggg support for a full refund for base game and all support packs/cosmetics, they have asked for list of transaction numbers and looks like I will be able to get it...

Would be nice to get my money back and get out of this before it completely crashes and burns.

At the moment their support went quiet, I provided the transaction details as requested and nothing yet. I will update once I get an answer, don't worry.

The current estimate for the support answering queries is several weeks, so don't expect anything too soon. The first few messages were probably just automated as they simply requested information.

I submitted for a refund on a mis-purchased mystery crate when 0.10 launched, beginning of December.

I just got it about two weeks ago.

Update. They are refusing the refund. If it's more than 48 hours after purchase you can kiss goodbye to refunds. They want to keep you with force in this distorted 'vision'. They took your money, destroyed the game with one update and expect you to go on your knees and make bows in front of Jonathan 'genius'. GGG is a ♥♥♥♥ company now, as his owner TenCent.

You do realise they will make changes to make it better lol. They have already done some, and they have made posts of what further changes are coming in a few days from now.
It is early access, take a chill pill and just let them ♥♥♥♥ up and improve and make it right before release.

wait, I thought the 48 hours rule doesn't count for early access games and you can refund whenever you want during ea. meh

Don't bother to convince me about the good intentions of GGG. I have read they response on POE forum, garbage response, garbage game and it will be a garbage game in the future. GGG and Jonathan are arrogant pricks and they don't give a flying ♥♥♥♥ about player's imput. From my part they can go bankrupt, for me GGG is not existing anymore, it died when Willson gave up on them, he knew what ♥♥♥♥ company it will become with master genius Jonathan 'vision'.

Not just a bad patch. Bad decision making, bad testing (if any), bad direction. Bad listening, bad planning, bad schedule. Bad view of their gamers, etc. I mean we could just keep going on and on about the weird self righteous, know better than you take these guys have. Or the obvious mismanagement of what work gets done and what direction it goes. Or decisions to make problems worse by doubling down on them. I don't blame anyone for wanting a refund after this update because the game as whole shows a troubling direction and the devs don't exactly scream confidence anymore. I am just surprised they didn't take a vacation right after dropping the update. So maybe that shows that they are evolving. I have given up on hoping to get any type of decent game out of them for another 4-5 years, and even that feels like a maybe.
