Character won't move or attack

My character won't move or attack once I leave Clearfell encampment. The keyboard and the mouse work properly (space for dodging still work and it is the only way I can move; the cursor on the screen still works).

I have tried the following without success:
- Changing from mouse to WASD setting
- Manually changing commands in the options
- Restarting at checkpoint
- Restarting game, steam and computer
- New character. It works until I leave Clearfell encampment. I now have 3 characters stuck at the exact same spot.
- Changing Vulkan vs DirectX option
- Verifying game files integrity - no issues
- My old character that is now in Standard league moves without problem

Anyone else facing the same issue or knows how to fix it?

My mercenary can't click on items on screen but can on other buttons and things in inventory, strangely I don't have that problem with my other characters. Makes it unplayable for the merc character.

Yeah I made a merc, got to the Mudwell or whatever it's called, started fighting the boss in there and it randomly stopped attacking, could roll and so on but couldn't attack.

Died, fought the boss again and now it worked fine.
Got to the next area, followed some Stag/Orb and the mission failed or whatever, then the issue started again and then the game started loading and I was back in the main menu.

It looks like they are doing something to servers, can't view shop or anything
