Withered Touch Question
I am playing Pathfinder Poison....is there a way to use this Gem to apply Withered on my Enemies?

I am not sure what I am reading about the percentages on the Gem itself

withered is increasing poison dmg, yes u can use this support gem

But it's 1% is not applying?

No you can't use the poison damage to apply withered. You need a hit to apply withered from withered touch. Poison does not hit, damage over time is not considered a hit.

Wither will increase the damage of your poison dot, but you need a hit that deals chaos damage first to apply withered.

Poison Arrow does Hit ... Then Apply Poison after hit
