Exception Error - Get Adapter Info Please help!

When i launch the game its a black screen and this error pops up and then closes the game.

in the .ini file modify the DX12 by Vulkan and its function and if you do not have a .ini file find a friend who can send it to you.

Is there somewhere or someone who has the .ini file posted publicly? I dont believe there is anything in there that would be compromising to an individual. Its just default settings.
I was having the same get adapterinfo issue as well and tried most of the fixes I could find, including modifying DX12 to Vulkan, stopping discord overlays, and a few others. Im currently re downloading the game so maybe the third time is the charm. Somewhere along the way i got rid of the "Encounter box" and now it was just giving me a black screen for a few seconds before it would close itself out. Hopefully someone 'Cough' (GGG) will at least post some troubleshooting or address the issue, even if its just to say, "I hear you guys and we are working on it"

Same problem. With Vulkan it's just black screen and won't load. With DirectX12 or 11 it's "Get Adaptor Info"
Just started not loading at all today, but I have had constant crashes the entire two weeks I've played.
