It could be the vulkan renderer that crashes, it can be changed from Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2\poe2_production_Config.ini, edit with notepad and change the line renderer_type=Vulkan to renderer_type=Directx12 , good luck exiles.

I had the same. Then I deleted the config file and now it is booting correctiy.

C:\Users\<usernam>\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2\poe2_production_Config

Guys, go to \Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2\poe2_production_Config
and change renderer_type=DirectX12
I had Vulkan and couldn't do anything
enjoy!
