It was stated it the 0.2 Patch notes, they removed 12 Jewel slots in the Passive tree

They should have included a popup in game for those that lost their jewels. A lot of people don't read patch notes. They just log in and let themselves discover what changed. Having endusers to run a console command is pretty amateur
