Massive FPS DROPS! [FIX!!!!!!!!]
started the new league, everytime im walking and load a terrain in my fps drops to 15. when it's loaded it's back up to 100.... what gives?

EDIT
FOUND THE PROBLEM!

If you ahve the same issue, switch from DirectX12 to Vulkan!

try the old fix, remove every shader cache for Dx12 and Vulkan. maybe fresh Shaders will help

switch to vulkan if you are on Dx12

Can confirm that Vulcan fixed it

My game won't even run in DX12 in the settings it says DX12 but it's running in DX11 and Vulkan just crashes the game now hell even trying to force it to run with -force-d3d12 doesn't work.
I liked using XESS but now I can't use that.
