c) they nerfed it cluelessly. Im willing to give the benefit of the doubt, however, not a fan waiting 3 months to play a caster, because of oversight.

Murdering Hexblast in the patch notes without giving us any written to go on to go, alright this might be why IS going to make ppl cry wolf, had they given us written into on the new support gems, items or skills instead of because they want us to 'discover them'
(As if dataminers isnt going to have it online within 20 min on patch day and organizing it better then a fleet of office ppl ever could)
People would be busy looking at those and might have realised that some of the nerfs, where not nerfs per say.
But right now, that didnt happen. All we see is the negative on the board.
