Path off Exile 2 High Latency Problems

I recently got this game and from the time I installed until today I was having ridiculous amounts of stuttering, and latency problems that made the game unplayable. Just a quick tidbit that helped me after looking through a few articles. Current rig has an Intel i7-6700k with a 2080ti GPU and 64GB of DDR4 Ram 3200mhz. Not the newest system, so I was afraid maybe my CPU was showing it's age and causing bottle necking. I did most of the tweaking with Nvidia Control Panel like switching to high performance, turning down graphics settings, finding the .exe files and setting them to high performance. Deleted/cleared Shader Cache. None of these fixes did anything to help. Finally I stumbled on an article after doing some more searching.

1.) Make Changes in Game Files
-Launch POE2
-Go to Options and Game Tab
-Click on the folder next to "Item Filter"
-This will bring up files in Windows Explorer. Go ahead and close the game
2.) Edit this Specific Config file in Notepad
- Navigate to "poe2_production_Config" file
- Scroll down a ways until you see [NETWORKING]
- under that you will see "networking_type=auto"
-change this to "networking_type=predictive"
3.) Optional Power Cycle Router

Immediately after this change, I logged in and haven't had any high latency problems. I hope this helps anyone that has had problems getting this game to run stable.
