About the teaser of the Update.....
Is this serious?
I mean a new ascendary class and a few items? Thats the content of the BIG PATCH?

i expected at LEAST 2 new base classes (weapons) and maybe 1 more act to play.
What have the done all the months?

That is weirdly deceptive in its wording. It doesn't say "the big changes coming to 0.2.0", just to "Path of Exile 2". In the very next sentence though they specifically say "Content Update 0.2.0".

This industry is as dishonest and manipulative as they come, so I don't believe for a second that this ambiguous wording is a coincidence.

I didn't feel it was deceptive at all. They are being secretive about the big changes coming and here were a few teasers for content update 0.2.0

It's such a weird take to be concern trolling about a F2P game in EA.


they show a dude with a 1h sword next to a dude with a 2h crossbow, they use plural on ascendancies so there's more than 1, 2 more unique items (the low life one being completely OP with a low damage cull build), them stating there are a lot of improvements to endgame coming, including a pic of an expanded atlas tree, and then a link to the compiled notes: 2 more uniques, 4 support gems with language pointing to more, tower updates so they can have mechanics...

What is obvious is that you want there to be no secrets so you can validate your incessant complaining about the game, with this method your complaint is reduced to "they're being deceptive with language." LOL K

huge spoiler, but you will be able to tell within 5 minutes of seeing the full patch notes how much content is really added to the game. On my end, right now I'm looking at another character with 1h swords to endgame minimum, which is going to take awhile because my assumption is it will come with a full economy reset as well.

Not sure what that means regarding inventories and existing characters but I'm sure the forums will be ripe with comments about how it's bad

So, let me make sure I fully understand what you're trying to say. You say that because of th enw news post that told us that there will be several new ascendancy classes with th enew patch and that they already have a Teaser for one of them .... you concluded that we will only be getting a single new ascendancy class? Is that correct or am I missing something in your logic? since at least I can't really follow that logic.

Notice how they are keeping the "big" changes under wraps for now? They just teased a couple little things. You think it's just going to be a new ascendancy and a few items? Maybe you forgot about that first line.

March 6th is 3 months. From the estimate 2 weeks after. That is not 4+ months.

Baldur's Gate 3 may have a 3 in there, but it is an entirely different genre than 1/2 which are classic ARPGs
