Quick question about Delerium and Distilled's

So, I've been tracking down the maps that have the Delirium effect so I can acquire more distilled emotions. I want to use these in my passive skill tree.
However, I only seem to be getting the same Distilled emotions (Ire, Guilt and Paranoia) and I need Fear, Envy and Disgust just for now...
Anywho, my question: is there any way or anything I can do to get a wider variety of emotions at all? The delirium maps don't pop up as often as I'd like them to...?

When clearing Delirum maps. I get a lot of tables which make more maps with delerium.
You getting those drop alot?

Either way, it does feel very grindy

Can't say I am. The maps themselves appear quite infrequent... I always run them, complete the Delirium tasks and pick up the drops (then bank them) but it's always the same 3-4 ones I'm seeing

put three of one kind into the reforging bench, you`ll get the next higher tier by combining them. So if you have enough low tier emotions you can upgrade them to what you need. The Droprates for the higher tiers are super low
