POE2 account locked suddenly
My POE 2 account just got locked for no reason. Its been 3 days still haven't heard anything back from the Game Support GGG.
Anyone know how long it takes for them to even reply email?

I didnt ask for a refund nor did anything wrong. POE2 was the only account and game I played this year. Sadly the support team doesnt even have auto message back saying they got my email.

hopefully but saw online that they are so backed up people are hearing reply 1 month later lol. my $50 bucks is down the drain with those hours i wasted lol

Oh, my account can get disabled for no reason? Guess I'll save my money. Back to Diablo 4 then.

Support is very slow but it works. I got my response after exactly 2 weeks when i send them my first email. They will unlock my account, but I have to wait 2 weeks again. Just so you know, do not send email after email, just send one and when wait.

Game keeps your client log of everything you do. Install directory > logs > client.txt

post ur log to prove you didn't talk stupid stuff in chat and now of all sudden "Oh I'm banned for no reason"

lol, let me quickly edit that "text" file .. truly a trustworthy source .. oh, no any chat included .. last connection more than a month ago. good

Don't spread misinformation by being ill-informed. You don't just get banned for "no reason".

If the "last edited" date is not the same date/time that the OP got "banned for no reason" then yeah, he edited the file.

Same, I just purchased game, never played before and initial logging in says, "your account is locked" on day 2 of trying to get a response from GGG about to just ask steam for a refund
