A month pass and still no Shirt and Hoodie
Picked up the Warlord of Karui Supporter pack that comes with the Shirt and Hoodie. It's been over a month, and I still haven't received the merchandise.

Sent 4 emails already and no response, should I just contact paypal and ask for refund?

Patience senpai... I've sent an email and had a response. It took 2 weeks to get a response. They are working on it. Each time you send a new email, it takes them that much longer to respond. patience.

They are not but the previous shirts I got from them are shipping from CA
ordered on 12/14/2024 and have not received the physical goods or any communication about the items. Customer support isn't responding.

yea the support is non existent. probably just gonna message paypal for refund on the upgrade.

LOL , or , you could just wait. It's not like having the goods sooner changes what they are. If they still have not gotten around to it by the end of Early Access, I would say otherwise but right now it's too soon to just knee jerk react to an overwhelming situation that they put themselves into.

They paid alot of money for that, it isn't cheap. They damn well should have got around to sending it out already. Shocking that people want what they paid for, how dare they want some clarity on what is happening.

The hoodie and shirt are not actually a lot of money. The amount of money paid was more for cosmetics and in-game currency.

Warlord of the Karui pack is 240.00 USD. IF you don't want the Shirt and Hoodie they give you 660 shop points instead. That means the value of the Shirt and Hoodie is only 66 USD.

Not that much money when you put it in perspective. :steamhappy:

Not sure why you are defending GGG for their ♥♥♥♥ customer support. Again they care for one thing and they got it.

They paid for the package yes, and recieved all that content. They are upset that the physical part has not arrived yet, but guess what, they probably ran out of shirts and are waiting for more to be made. Just a guess.

They weren't prepared for this level of interest. They ARE hiring more support staff so at least they are attempting to deal with it.

If you want to be a grumpus about it fine, be a grumpus. But don't pretend that the entire cost of the package is for the Shirt and hoodie. There are a lot of other things you get which are directly proportional to the cost (actually cheaper) of buying them piecemeal.

Wether you opt for the physical goods or not, you still pay the same price for the package.

What I'm talking about is having patience to give GGG the opportunity to make it right. Hey, it's your wallet so do what you want.
