2) Its a small map, chances are what happened is actually that you loaded in very slowly so they had 'seen' you and moved in.
3) I cant imagine a build who can make it through acts without struggling, struggling so hard in a small map.
Although personally Im even more shocked you found **three** felled hideout maps and failed them all, considering map features like that go away when you fail them.
Doubt he found 3 maps, he's probably using multiple waystones on same map.
If you want hideout so badly, just use waystone t1 without modifiers you can buy from Doryani , if you can't do it go back to campaign and gain couple more lvl's by rerunning maps you can clear.
Honestlly you ppls sturggling with easiest things is baffling, can't you just figure it out yourself?
I have dozens of Waystone T1 maps with no modifiers in my stash box saved from multiple runs through the campaign. I don't need to purchase any from Doryani at this time. I know he sells them, but I have a stash tab full of them and I'm actually using up my blank ones first for the very reason I don't know what these maps do yet or what the rules are to beat them.
Best to save the ones with modifiers for map nodes once I learn a certain type and know what to expect.
Im pretty sure hideout unlocks are map features, and unless it was changed recently get removed from the node when you die.
Ive never died on a hideout node, though, so im unsure.
