Thaumaturge of the Vaal pack no Tshirt why?

I would advise against ordering the higher tier supporter packs until GGG's support improves. I ordered the Thaumaturge of the Vaal pack way back in early December, because I love the game being delivered to us. I played a ton of POE1 back in EA too and came back later for future seasons when seasons would come along. So to show my support I dropped €200+ and bought the pack including t shirt, even paid the ridiculous €60 shipping fee.

Suffered through the countless hard crashes caused by their game code, accepted that because its in EA as have many others. But here is the lousy part. I contact GGG late December regarding providing me with shipping details for the T-Shirt, didn't hear anything back until about two weeks ago, they requested some proof of purchase and some of my character names, which I immediately provided and then silence, completely ignored from here on out. Two months since purchase and nothing. Love the game tbh, but I just lost interest after this. Its a pretty lousy display of support. I mean any form of communication would be appreciated, but just ignoring, that's just not how you should treat your player base, that show support for you.

yeah that really sucks, but ggg is probably completly on fire right now and shipping t-shirts to supporter is probably on a very low priority.

I bought a 480$ pack when conquerors of the atlas came out ( there wasnt even a t-shirt or hoodie man) and it took them like half a year until they shipped that interactive adventure book to me.

I mean, the wait I'm fine with, but no word back is what 'grinds my gears' (pun intended). I have mates that ordered same day as me and got there just weeks later.
