premium stash gets deleted?

hi i'm pretty new to poe.. i recently bought some extra stash tabs, but now some of them are marked as remove only and one tab is just gone? like i paid for that, why is it gone? and whats with the remove only?

Not sure why youre asking here as opposed to talking to their support. What do you want us to do?

i did, they are not responding. I just dont understand how tabs suddenly become remove only and randomly disappear

check to make sure you did not create folders and put the tabs in there (I did that by accident and put 2 tabs in there)

tabs don't disappear for no reason

when a tab is remove only it means it was transfered from another league, it is only there for you to take your items out, as they are a duplicate tab that already exists in that league it was transfered to

like say you own 5 tabs
you play solo self found, you have 5 tabs there, you fill em with stuff
you also play standard and also have your 5 tabs there
you then transfer your solo self found stash to standard
your 5 solo self found stash tabs will appear as remove only in addition to your actual 5 stash tabs in standard, 5 tabs+5 remove only tabs
once you remove your items from a remove only tab it disappears as it is only temporary

you do not actually lose any stash tabs in this case

Ah.. so when you do "Solo hardcore" and die, you are transfer to standard and those are your tabs?

I thought it was more "missing tab" which happen to me, but it turns out I made some folder (not sure how with controller or by accident) and drop like 2-3 tabs in there and was going nuts on why I am missing a whole tabs of rings ;) )

so i checked and nope only the tabs i already had, i had like 2 unique tabs and 3 currency tabs and now i only have 2 currency and 1 unique.. can u only have one of each? or how does it work? i'm pretty new to this so i have no idea

also i only have standard characters, no hardcore

You probably created a folder and are in a sub folder just confused lol

Maybe the purchase didn't go through or whatever. There are no issues in this game with disappearing stash tabs or not receiving purchased stash tabs.

I don't believe it's possible to have remove only tabs right now in PoE2 unless you played hardcore or solo self found and moved them. You got em from somewhere, but as I said it's normal for these to disappear once you remove all items.

And you can have more unique and currency tabs if you want but having more than one of these special tabs is pointless (unless you have many many thousands of currency items that no longer fit)

@Sasheria your stash will stay in hardcore if you die, only your character and what you have in the inventory at the moment of your death will come over, unless you manually migrate the stash in character select

Thanks for the clarification. I am still new to this game and so not going hardcore cause in these type. I KNOW I will die .... A LOT

i had 3 Currency tabs named C1, C2 and C3 and 2 Unique tabs named U1 and U2 so i know the purchage went through, otherwise i assume i wouldn't have gotten them in the first place. But now i only have C2 and C3 and only U2. (For some reason C1 and U1 were marked as remove only one day.. so i emptied them thinking i would just get a normal tab back but no it just removed them which is weird cz i paid for them?) And i only have standard league characters so far, 2 witches, 1 ranger and a mercenary.

Literally all you can do is wait for support to reply, no one here can fix it or help you. This sounds like either they got refunded, or the payment didn't go through properly after x number of days.

Actually, do you happen to play on PS5 as well? If so, and if you bought any of them on PS5, this will happen. Supposedly this is is because of Sony and their restrictions on microtransactions on cross platform games.

no pure pc, but yeah i'll wait for support, just one more question, can i use all my tabs with all my characters?
