lvl 89 stormweaver frost wall spark CoF archmage EB/MoM/CI what to improve?

https://maxroll.gg/poe2/planner/ma1hv01t is my current build, no uniques and everything else unlisted has the usual stuff, mana, mana regen some spell and lightning damage here, rarity where I can fit and afford it, I clear T14-15s somewhat ok depending on the mods, mobs and layout but I feel like I need another big jump in damage, AOE clear and survivability, even with as much man regen as I can afford I'm only at around 580 regen, 3.4k max mana and with the decently high spell cost I've got to be careful about taking hits while casting

I really dont know what to do cause I can't really afford better gear but I also dont have the gear to do juiced t15s and can't really respec since most of my gear is lightning based, like honestly what do I even do I've just hit a wall when I thought I was fine between t10-14 maps

I mean this is basically what I have already and what I was using before I got bored of only using spark, I literally have all the same major things too, archmage, int, mana and arcane surge scaling

Nothing you can do at this point. Just got to find higher numbers at this point. Yeah RNG sucks.
