Economy reset will reset maps, progress, items?
So, I'm kinda new to poe2, and just finished the history with my only character (lvl 73) and done some endgame maps... Some friends of mine were telling me that the economy will reset in POE2, everybody will have to build a new character again every 2 months or so... is this true? If so, will the Arcs waypoints be unlocked from the get go? I'm so not willing to replay it only to get where I'm already am...


If this happens, what kind of time the devs think some of us have? I'm not grinding from zero all that storyline BS again!

Pointless In GGG resetting the economy, if they don't have a plan to counter the problems.
I seriously doubt they will just reset for the problem to crop up again within a month

And to be clear, my problem is not the economy/items reset, just the waypoins on the maps, it SUCKED so BAD to finnish the storyline, get all waypoints and objectives, it took abt 40+ hours to finnish the objectives. I'm not saying it doesn't look fun and all... it's just that i don't get that time avaliable if the reset erase everything

League reset resets everything.

Also, EA will be in a league of it's own. It will be in it's own limbo when official release begins. This includes characters, gear, and currency.

We will also be getting resets within EA. 0.2 update being the first of possibly 3 or 4.

Offical FAQ on Steam:

"Will there be wipes during Early Access?
No, there will not be a wipe. We will do new leagues but none of your characters will be wiped, they will just go to a league called Early Access (so they will never be in Standard). In some cases characters in old leagues might be somewhat broken by balance changes though. After launch the "Early Access" characters will still exist."

I agree i dont like grinding the campaign again and again but that is 100% expected if you are going to be playing PoE.
