items disappearing

Hey guys has anyone else noticed this, I kill something it drops items then the names disappear and I cant pick them up any more. I can sometimes see them but they arent collectable. I havent done anything to loot picking.

did you press Z? Z is the toggle for item names.

There is an option to highlight items on the ground. This option for whatever reason gets disabled randomly while playing. Turn it back on.
If it's disabled, pressing ALT will highlight items.
Other than that, some loot filter will filter out trash items so you can't click on them. But there is also an option to turn that off.

Figured it out. There is a "skill" bound on the sub-bar that is titled "Toggle Label Visibility". Delete that.
