PC Game with Xbox-Pad wont show Accuracy-stat

i play with XBox-Pad and the additional info of skills wont show me accuracy, only the hit chance (which ist 100%).
Which sucks because i want to see how much attackspeed boost i will get for the Perk "1% AS for 250 accuracy".
When i check with Mouse and Keyboard it will show the accuracy-stat and the hit-chance, any idea why this is so.
