Hi friend, Did you restart your game after the switch to Vulkan? I switched + restarted and it seemed to work for me. Switching without restarting gave my PC a hard time and we have a similar build minus the CPU.
Used to run 40-80 FPS with end tier minion build. Usually go from 80-160 now on 4k.
I am the same. No issues with Windows 11 23H2. I only have a basic laptop RTX 3060 w/64GB DDR4 RAM i7-11800AH processor and a good SSD drive. I hate DLSS and Ray Tracing...not because I cannot run it...but because when I turn them both totally off I can barely tell a difference in the graphics. The only thing I see is the shader bar on the in-game graph spike when a lot of players gather. Otherwise, I am fine.
was 40-50fps, having issues UNTIL I turned OFF all AMD Adrenalin options +
in game up-scaling settings to one of the non FSR default OFF option
Sadly, none of that helped.
Tried it. Runs at 40-50fps. With some variation of it going lower at times. [/quote]
Thats very shocking, i have same specs. 4070 ti super and 7800x3d with 32gb ram and i run 120fps on vulkan no problem.

Maybe my Vulkan drivers are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up? At this point it could be anything. ;-;
I'm runnin' a 750w. Maybe that is the problem? I was wondering if that was a little too low.
