How do you access the auction house?

Hi! im new to the game and how far into the game do I need to progress to unlock the auction house?

There is no auction house.

If you mean currency exchange, then Act 4 (Cruel act 1). There is no "auction house", there is a trade website for regular items, and the Currency exchange for currency and fragments etc.

Whenever i look up a build and for a specific item the build says "you can buy this for .." i already know "yeap, i skip this one" because trading is garbage in this game. Better farm it myself.

console has a different trade interface in POE1, not sure about 2.

and yes, as far as I know they don't really explain anything about trade in the game, you just have to find out about it socially or by googling "how do i trade in poe2"

"intuitive" UX/UI has been decimated by the ease of googling it and looking things up. video games used to come with instruction books, too
