Tabbing out bug

Hello,

anyone else had problems with tabbing out? I tried windowed fullscreen and windowed, but whenever I click on the path in PoE 2, I see the programs "behind" it (which are not on focus) for like 1 ms. Sometimes it even opens the popup menu of PoE 2 and closes the game under some circumstances.

The problem is new and began today.

Hope there is a solution for it.
