DLSS FRS FG mod on nexus.
So i come across a new mod that's on Nexusmods that adds Frame Generation for DLSS (1-3.7.10) i believe and FRS (2.1.2, 2.2.1 3.X) and XeSS.
It has very possible setting you would want to maximise performance of up scaling.

So fare on a Fireball mage with Raging Spirits (3600x + strix 4070ti) i have seen a increase in fps when Wildshards procs with Unleash and Scatershot (Spirits explode on death build).
Before cpu would peak 40-50ms on a proc then drop down to 16ms.
Now im seeing 16-22ms with a max peak of 30ms on proc and cpu sits around 7-8ms.

The mod can be found here:

I just wanted to share as it work great, super easy to install, Enjoy.

ive tried this on the 3070 ti (this mod enables framegen for dlss on 30 series as well) and honestly it fixes ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥...and you cannot use the ingame performance counter for comparisons because it will not translate to the ingame performance display. You need external tools like msi afterburner to get a actual readout when you use this mod.

framegen will also add latency to your image afaik, and you don't want to have any kind of latency you can avoid on poe. It will kill you. :P

Probably better to have a framedrop than add latency to your entire experience. ^^''

That being said, I don't get these slowdowns at all on a 4070ti super.
I can cover the whole screen in ice effects, frost walls exploding everywhere, I cast like... 9 novas/sec, and I don't get framedrops.
One thing I can recommend that will help you more is setting the priority of PoE to high for your gpu.
