Stuck in a boss arena in endgame...

So... I just got stuch in a boss arena while I was doing a map:

When I click on the "Arena" it won't let me out, I have tried teleporting to my hideout, I also tried to exit to log in screen, but I am still stuck. Is there anything I can do? I don't really want to lose another waystone in a stupid way like this, I have already lost one because I activated a map and then closed the game. The waystone, as well as the teleports to the location disappeared.

Welcome to what "Early Access" means, you're going to encounter tons of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like this, might as well waste that waystone and get use to it.

I wish you had read this because it's too late once you teleport back to your hideout inside the boss arena.

I wanted to do it the "seems safer" way that I would just create a portal and tp back and maybe the barrier would disappear because I have never experienced this "Arena" barrier before, usually I just run in and out of the arena.
