Path of Exile 2

Path of Exile 2

Nothing to do at end game
Maps are all you have and they are boring. The map system in POE 1 is much better.

Item drops are 99% worthless, why does a level 84 item roll a t1 mod..?

Currency drops from soloing maps are 5-10 times less than using a 3 person group. Solo play drastically penalises currency drops.

For me to make maps actually fun, every map contain at least one boss. Every map contains at least one of each special event(breach, expedition, mirror), which can then be altered by atlas skill points, i.e you want more breach you put points into breach but get less of the other special events.

Endgame should be the best part of a game and at the moment it's just bland.

Yep, pretty sure they stated this game was in EARLY ACCESS, and that "ENDGAME" is just a place holder for now so you "dime a dozen" kids have something to do.

Prob not the game for you until the game is actually released, because you kids nowadays def have no idea what Early Access means.

I don't think it's a placeholder. If it is, then what would the endgame be as many items would need to be removed from the game since they are part of the placeholder.

Well hes right they said they threw it together in a few months before release as they were working on the campaign and thought it would be better to release the EA with a end game for people to have something todo in the mean time.

Yes, but that does not mean that they are actually working on a completely new endgame.
If you watch their podcast, you will see they addressed some concerns about the current mapping.
If it was a placeholder, they would not bother spending any further time or resources on it.

grinding in Map is literally called Endgame in poe2 and 1 and that's pretty all u will ever do at end game after game finished just like in poe1

Well yeah ofcourse as there is a end game at the moment they are working on the campaign and there is 6 more classes and 18 more ascendancy's to come first.

What adding markers for citadels and bits like that like towers thats QOL stuff don't take that as spending alot of resources apart from maybe the checkpoints but thats QOL too.

Endgame will not be the same in a year but believe what you want POE1 technically has 7-10 different end game mechanics that you can do noone spends all the time mapping this won't be much different they do have solid evidence of this.

you clearly have not done Endgame or even played Path of exile 1 for that matter.
everything can drop T1-T15 mods. doesnt matter what item level

second of all eh. currency drops as a solo is completely fine. i make 20-30 exalts a map maybe more. and with citadels i make 300-800 exalts depending on Waygate droprate.

if you don't like it dont play the game. and come back when its fully released. since its just EA atm and already has more content then any other game that has ever been in EA

My 350 hours on one character disagree.
I'm probably in the minority here, but I liked Diablo 3's daily bounties, which were essentially just quests from all over the campaign. I like mapping, but I think bounties like that would be another fun thing.

POE use to have daily quests way back when. But ppl cried and cried so much, as they literally said they felt like they had to do them every single day or they felt like they was losing a very important core feature of the game and they couldn't stand having to log in every day and forcibly do quests. So GGG removed them after their fav streamer of the week cried.
