DLSS 4
Is there a chance this gets DLSS 4 update ? Its really a game changer and can make your PC less noisy, for such a demanding title really helpful.

Lossless scaling is the solution you want and it costs far less than the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ refresh RTX 5000 GPUs do.

Hell nVidia only gives you 4x Frame Gen . .Lossless gives you up to 20x Frame Gen.

that said POE 2 already has enough latency with input, it doesn't need the 70Ms input latency 4x FG gives you.

DLSS 4 isnt just about framegeneration, this version is supposed to be more accurate with upscaling and have less smear

Ahh I see so you like eating nVidia marketing slop, I guess you'll be buying the 5090 which is just a 4090 refresh and paying 100% more for the honour of beta testing DLSS 5.

Me Ill sit here with my 4090 and wait for the real upgrade with the RTX 6000 cards, perhaps by then it'll be a die shrink and some actual real performance not this AI fake frame ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. The 5090 isn't an upgrade over the 4090, its barely better at real raster performance and it currently costs 50% more than the 4090 did when I bought it.

Or perhaps AMD will get their ♥♥♥♥ together and start competing again with UDNA and chiplet GPUs.

Though Intel is looking pretty nice too, battlemage is a pretty solid improvement.

So yeah you go right ahead and keep eating nvidias marketing slop ...DLSS4 isnt an upgrade worth paying for.

i have the 4070ti and im just glad to see DLSS 4 on older gpus too..

Anything that can help me stretch out my cpu is a win for me

Its not really a win, you are just looking at the fake performance increase without seeing how its affecting the actual gameplay. Every extra fake frame you have increases input latency and in a game like POE2 this is something you DO NOT want, at 4x FG your latency is increased by ~50ms and you wont have the new reflex tech the 5000 GPU s have to counter it.

Doesn't sound like much but you will feel it and I can already see the tears from people asking why they have so much input lag.

you are just mad for some reason, ive compared gameplay with and without. Ive seen the difference and its more playable with it on for me.

DLSS - DLAA - 4070 @ 2k - all maxed out -> Please make DLSS 4 Work :) ( no FG needed i think )

There's a POE2 mod on Nexusmods to enable FSR3 framegen.
I can't say how safe it is to mess with the games files like that but you evaluate your own risks.

Imagine being this unhappy in life. Jesus Christ it's one thing to dislike or even hate a company, it's another to be you lol I sincerely hope you're trolling, even just a little because it hurts knowing people can be raised for 18+ years and turn out like you, miserable to be pulling this slop out on a random STEAM thread of all ♥♥♥♥♥♥ things

lossless scaling sucks for anyone who appreciates graphic fidelity

dlss is a frame generating thing. It is a crutch to game game design who cannot argue more frames themselves. Game design and efficiencies in the game argue the frame generation. Too me it does not help at all, it shows how bad games are badly designed. This game does not benefit from dlss. since it does run 2060 rtx to 5090 rtx,
just replace dlss 3 file with dlss 4 devs don't have to support it honestly the only thing it has to support is framegen which now days we can inject frame gen with optic app or lossless scaling if you really need more fake fps
There are still illiterates calling AI generated frames "fake frames".
Humanity has no chance.

Naahhh. It just shows you cannot even understand basic things.

That's not gonna be the point of DLSS 4.0 new feature. Multi-frame gen is for GPU-bound scenarios. Adding "fake" frames is one thing, solving the real frame time latency is another one entirely. POE2 main issue is being intensely CPU bound, and not GPU. Although I imagine the multi frame gen being useful for 4k/8k players who manage to get to 99% cpu usage, it's not gonna be a game changer for POE2 in my opinion. Also , multi-frame gen is only available for 5000 series, and ironically enough, those should be the cards that would generate a ton of FPS without the need of the multi frame gen. Honestly this new feature is shaping up to be just a gimmick unless they really revolutionize latency solving with the new reflex api.

As for the noise, I dont think it will make much difference unless you are capping your framerate somehow.
