INCREASE Warrior Skill Speed!!!
Can you please increase warrior skill speed? The windup for every attack feels AWFUL when you have stuff flying around on the map, you can not make attacks when stuff has increased runspeed and are in your face when you stand still for 1 second to windup some attack. The need to use skill speed items and nodes to make warrior feel decent is horrible game mechanics.. Skill speed should be deceased by 30-50% to make combat fluid, any item that gives more would be a bonus, warrior should NOT need to stand still for 1 second to do an attack..

Other characters zoom around the map and attacks when moving, but warrior need to stand still to make an attack because every attack got a very low skill speed. Warrior is such a hassle to play because you need to stack health like a maniac, you need a shield with 75% block to do well, or you need a billion armournodes to make armour viable, there is no pure damage build for 15+ because everything is about survivability and aoe but the problem is that warrior survivability is trash because he is melee and need to be in the middle of everything and throw slow blows..

Every warrior item is also the same because you NEED to stack health + Strength. You also NEED a ton of strength to just carry your 2-hander in 1 hand which is the ONLY viable option to play this game, you CAN NOT use a 1-hander and a shield because you will be WEAK.. I found a 1 hander with pretty good damage but it is TRASH because my 2 hander blows it out of the water because it is a 2 hander..

Yes, warrior can deal some heavy damage but it is the flow of every ability that is the problem, it feels sluggish. Warrior is slow compared to other characters that just run around and autoattack the whole screen to explode before they even see the enemy.

I agree with you friend. I spent more than 1 mio gold to try different builds; stampede, molten which are not fun to play. Rolling slam, sunder fun gameplay but you die at high tier maps please devs give warrior mains a solid mob clearing skill (not like uncontrollable, boring stampede)
Warrior melee bad, devs hate the class.

I am using dual wield spec with attack speed and shield (no weapon) with life regen as alternate.
It works, but it's still worse than other classes/weapons.

That's not a warrior problem. that's just the mace. Either focus on attack speed and dual wield or change your weapon type.
You can easily play physical quarterstaff with a warrior, it's a faster weapon and it works well with the titan spec.

If you want to stay mace, you can also play with totem to get more side attacks. Or play ranged with a crossbow or a bow.

Warrior isn't glued to a 2 handed mace.

No it is an imbalance of skill speed within the abilities themselves. I can use an 2-hander with 1,05 aps and sunder takes 2,56 seconds to cast, I then equip Olrovasava with 1,79 aps and the abilit takes 2,08 seconds to cast.. The problem is that every ability has way too long of an attack time to begin with. The only abilities that you actually can play with is something like Stampede because it has a lower attack time compared to sunder. Warrior is a melee fighter, he can not have these long windups on his attacks.. And then we have abilities like Molten Blast and Volcanic Fissure which are just garbage compared to stampede and other heavy hitting abilities. And then we have people are teleporting allover the map destroying the whole screen with one simple click of an button, when warrior is still stumbling around with stampede or some weird build that is still slow at clearing because everything takes a long time on a warrior, take a totem build as an example, you need to wait for your slow totems to windup their attacks, just like the warrior..

Its not skill speed the warrior need, its attack speed. Skill speed is both cast/attack speed in 1. So if you just scale attack speed it should do the same.

If you take a 2 handed that hit slow, and then use perfect strike you will see it charges slower, do to the slower attack speed from the 2 handed.

So you want to get more attack speed, since thats also easier to get then skill speed.
And skill speed would also increase the warriors cast speed of spells.

Do you run the 25% more attack speed on your main attack skills?
I put it on perfect strike, and you are able to feel it right away. But the problem with 2 handeds are that there nodes lower your attack speed.

Note: I like to point out, that i also would like to see less winde up time btw. But i see it unlikely that they will do this, since thats how it sounded like in there vod.
