Only boring league mechanics???

Why did GGG choose to only give us the most boring league mechanics? Breach, delirium and ritual are all super basic and boring, just kill everything on screen as fast as possible ans completely goes against the philosophy of PoE 2 being a much slower game. Also expedition is just an unrewarding waste of time for some reason???

Where is blight, betrayal, heist, delve, etc... ♥♥♥♥ that actually brings some variety instead of just mindlessly running maps???

Shouldnt a sequel be better than the game that came before? Dont really see the point in levling up another character when the game sucks ass

mostly because there are plenty of players willing to carry the water for GGG at this point. makes excuses for bad choices, and write all the flaws off as EA, which is stupid.

im not even sure the slow more deliberate playstyle the game was sold on is still a goal. seriously.

They also gave us Ultimatum and Sanctum. But people really seem to hate this

Also don't forget we have Ambush and Essence.

companies say these time frames a lot. im not sure it really means anything tbh. 4 years of that may have been figuring out what it was and trying to get the dodge roll to work lol

This game is a massive bait and switch. The initial pitch and hype from the influencers is that its a skill based and technical action game. The truth is that its a one click roomwide AoE spamfest just like Diablo 4.

On their defense, they dont spend much time on the PoE 2 endngame. The endgame is easily the worst part of it. I enjoy the pinnacle boss fight but the grind is just unbalance BS. They need to put something new on breach and ritual as well. It is poe 2, they should put more mechanics into it instead of substracting from the already straight forward league.

And how about you give them the chance to balance things first with the new "league" before you make claims of it ending up as poe 1?

The game is not finished yet its literally been in EA for just over a month.. there is at least a year to go before GGG will feel the game is ready for release..

Honestly if you are not happy with a game being unfinished then wait for release.. if its still unfinished then.. You will have a good argument..

This is an early access, come on, you payed for it, that's show enough cognitiv capacities to understand what early access mean.

More league, skills, class will come. It's a game that even in full release will continue to evolve over years.

POE1 at the first time it was available was for sure a lot less good than POE2 now
