Tiers on gear and available mods
I am new to PoE, and it's hard for me to understand real value of items especialy that belong not to my class. I know that max tier is 10 or even higher for some mods on different pieces of gear, but also I know that some pieces of gear can't have mods higher then tier 5. Because of that I throw away a lot of good stuff. Also would be very nice to know what prefix and suffix available for each piece of gear. For example belts can have strenght mod but not dexterity or intelligence also different pieces of gear can have different max tier of same mods and this is very hard to understand. Can some1 give a link to a scheme or article that explain such things.

Wow ty man very good and informative site. Still would be nice if they implement it somehow in game like showing tiers this way t4/t5, so we would know that tier nearly perfect for this item.
