Can't Load Main Character

Every time i tried to load my character (Act 2) is always crashing. But when i tried to open my other character its working just fine. Please help, i cant open my main character. I tried some of the youtube advice, still not working.

if this is related to loading screen freezes i would recomment the "poe uncrasher" until the freezing issues are officially patched. It's a small tool which observes the poe process and on loading screens it parks two cores, which allows windows to stay responsive at all times and when the poe process does not respond it sets its priority to real-time for a moment which allows it to "unfreeze" itself then it switches everything back to normal. It's safe and works like a charm. there is a small window which shows you when it does what so you can see when the game actually freezes, because you won't notice anymore
