Is currency exchange bugged?
I tried to sell divine orb and I set that I want for example 110 exalted orbs for it and confirm and then it lists the order as completed but I don't get any exalted orbs and I get my divine back but I lose gold for the listing. On the other hand when I increse the price it goes into listing mode but I've waited 2 days and it didn't sell.

Currency exchange worked for me last night just fine. Selling Divine orb for 110 Exalts should have immediately sold at peak trading hours. You should try to follow suggested ratios by the exchange. When I do it never takes more than few seconds for the transaction to complete.

It says that it is complete but as I said it really is not because I don't actually get exchange, I can get my divine orb back at least thank God.

Then it didn’t complete. You made a sell order at a ratio that wasn’t the market value so it didn’t fill, hence why you still got the Div back

But it said it was completed, so I should've waited for what status?

If its complete, you have to manualy pick your div from list. Auction guy also have special icon above head if you have any completed trade ready for pickup.

Ok so it was bugged, when I did exactly the same later on it worked ok.
